Starting with the front, the Infinix Hot 20 5G has a 6.6-inch IPS LCD panel with a Full HD+ resolution, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. The device boots to the Android 12 operating system, with the XOS 10.6 UI on top. It has a fingerprint sensor on the side of the device.
