The Motorola Edge 30 Fusion smartphone has been spotted on Geekbench with key specifications ahead of its launch. Motorola is preparing to launch the Edge 30 Fusion, a new smartphone. The rumoured handset has been making the rounds for quite some time now. Notably, the alleged Motorola Edge 30 Fusion received BIS certification in India earlier this month. It has also received TUV, FCC, and a slew of other certifications.
Furthermore, the Moto Edge 30 series has been the subject of numerous leaks recently. The device could be a rebranded version of the Moto S30 Pro. Motorola, on the other hand, has remained tight-lipped about the handset's key specifications. Furthermore, the Lenovo-owned company has neither denied nor confirmed any rumours about the Moto Edge 30 series. The Motorola Edge 30 Fusion has now appeared on Geekbench with key specifications.
Motorola Edge 30 Fusion Spotted On Geekbench
The Geekbench listing confirms a slew of specifications for the handset, including memory, operating system, and processor. Furthermore, the listing indicates that the device will be released in global markets as a rebranded Moto S30 Pro. On the Geekbench platform, the Edge 30 Fusion is codenamed "tundra." This is the same codename as the Edge S30 Pro. A few recently leaked renders also suggested that the Edge 30 Fusion is a rebranded Moto S30 Pro.
The Edge 30 Fusion will ship with the Android 12 operating system. Furthermore, the device will come with 8GB of RAM. The device will be powered by an octa-core SoC. This processor will feature four 1.8GHz cores. It will also have three cores running at 2.42GHz. Finally, there is a prime core that operates at 3GHz. The Snapdragon 888+ SoC will be paired with an Adreno 660 GPU for graphics. In addition, the phone scored 1158 in single-core tests and 3444 in multi-core tests.
To summarise, the Motorola Edge 30 has a 6.55-inch curved OLED display with Full HD+ resolution. Furthermore, this screen has a refresh rate of 144Hz. The phone has a 32MP selfie camera on the front. The lights are kept on by a powerful 4400mAh battery with 68W fast charging. In addition, the phone has a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP main sensor. On the back, there is a 13MP ultrawide sensor as well as a 2MP depth sensor. Finally, the phone is powered by Android 12 with MyUX on top.
