Redmi is reportedly working on the upcoming Note 12 Series, which could include three smartphones at first: the Redmi Note 12 Pro+, the Redmi Note 12 Pro, and the Redmi Note 12. Several leaks and rumours have already revealed some details about the upcoming handsets. The three alleged Note 12 series smartphones have now been spotted on the 3C certification site, months before their launch, and at least one of them may support ridiculously fast 210W fast charging.
Redmi Note 12 Series 3C certification
Three alleged Redmi Note 12 series smartphones with model numbers 22101316UC, 22101316UCP, and 22101316C have been spotted on China 3C certification site (via). These model numbers are said to correspond to the alleged Redmi Note 12 Pro+, Redmi Note 12 Pro, and vanilla Redmi Note 12.
According to the listing, the top-tier Redmi Note 12 Pro+ could have 210W fast charging. While the Note 12 Pro may only support "120W" fast charging. The standard Note 12 model may come with 67W fast charging.
A 210W Xiaomi charger, which may debut with the Note 12 Pro+, was recently listed on the 3C certification site. Currently, the iQOO 10 Pro is the fastest charging smartphone on the market. The device supports 200W fast charging, which can charge the smartphone completely in just 10 minutes (when the screen is turned off).
According to a recent report, the Note 12 will have a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro/depth unit. The Dimensity 1300 chipset is expected to power the Note 12 Pro and Note 12 Pro+. The Redmi Note 12 series is expected to launch in China in the coming weeks, before going global in the coming months.
