Last week, at the OnePlus 10T launch event, OxygenOS 13 was officially unveiled. The Android 13-based software was made available for beta testing on the OnePlus 10 Pro shortly after its release. The company is now looking for OxygenOS 13 Closed Beta Testers for the OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro.
OnePlus announced in a community post that it is OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro Indian users who want to try OxygenOS 13 closed beta and communicate with the company on a regular basis to provide feedback and suggestions.
As per OnePlus community post, it will recruit 200 people who meet the requirements and have a OnePlus 8 or 8 Pro India device to participate in this Closed Beta Program. Furthermore, OnePlus will reward users who participate in the Closed beta test with exceptional performance.
Please keep in mind that the closed beta is not the final version of OxygenOS 13, and it may contain bugs or security threats that affect the device's performance. If you want to test the OS, we recommend installing it on a secondary device.
OxygenOS 13 will include numerous changes, including new features and an improved user experience. OnePlus has introduced a brand-new design inspired by water. The company refers to it as "Aquamorphic Design." The user interface features rounded, soft edges for a more pleasant viewing experience while still allowing form and function to coexist.
The company has not yet revealed the timeline for the OxygenOS 13 update. It will be available for the OnePlus 10T later this year and may soon be available for other OnePlus smartphones.
