The MIIT authority of China approved the Redmi phone with model number 22081212C in June. The same device has now been approved by the country 3C authority. As per recent reports, the device may be released in the Chinese market under the name Redmi K50S Pro.

The 3C certification of the Xiaomi phone with the model number 22081212C indicates that it may come with an MDY 12-ED power adapter that supports up to 120W fast charging. As a result, it appears that the Redmi K50S Pro retail package will include a 120W charger.
The Redmi K50S Pro key specifications have yet to be revealed by the rumour mill. The Xiaomi 12T Pro is expected to be rebranded. According to reports, the 12T Pro will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset. The K50S Pro is expected to have the same specifications as the 12T Pro.

The Xiaomi 12T Pro will most likely have a 120Hz OLED display. It will be available in two variants: 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. It will ship with the Android 12 operating system preinstalled, with MIUI 13 on top.
The device will have a 5,000mAh battery and support for 120W fast charging. The main selling point of the 12T Pro, however, will be its 200-megapixel main camera. The Redmi K50S Pro is expected to have the same specifications. As a result, the K50S Pro appears to be the first Redmi phone with a 200-megapixel camera.
In China, the Xiaomi 12T, which is said to be powered by the Dimensity 8100 chipset, may be rebranded as the Redmi K50S.
