A new Overwatch 2 beta update fixes Mercy faulty Guardian Angel ability while also making significant changes to Moira.
In case you missed it, the new Overwatch 2 beta included a significant change to Mercy Guardian Angel move that was not well received by the community. The Slingshot mechanic, which allowed her to fly to higher altitudes, was apparently replaced by a mechanic that sent her launching upwards seemingly at random. However, Blizzard quickly clarified that the aptly named "super jump" was simply a bug that would be fixed soon. It's now donezo, thanks to today update.

According to the patch notes, "Mercy is no longer automatically launched upward when she reaches her destination." The ability now has a metre that charges up while Guardian Angel is active, and cancelling it with a jump now launches Mercy in the direction she is facing, rather than straight up in the air as it did previously.
Moira Biotic Orb ability has been split into two abilities, each with its own cooldown: Biotic Orb and Necrotic Orb. Temporarily, Necrotic Orb has a new ability called "Enfeebling Orb," which fires a straight-moving projectile that explodes in a 3-meter radius when it hits its target, dealing 40 impact damage and 10 explosion damage. The explosion also reduces the damage dealt by affected enemies by 75% for four seconds.
Biotic Orb has also had its healing capability reduced from 300 to 250 and its cooldown increased from eight to 10 seconds. Finally, the Support hero overall power has been reduced to account for Necrotic Orb "potential to shut down many Ultimates and heavily swing duels in her favour."
