Even before the official launch of the iPhone 14 Pro model, some of its key specifications have been leaked online. Most of these rumours suggest that the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will get a flagship design. However, there is much more. iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max Rumors: Goodbye, Notch

iPhone 14 Pro

According to some leaked renders, Apple will finally remove the notch from the iPhone 14 Pro models. A hole punch cutout and a pill-shaped cutout for Face ID sensors and the front camera will replace the notch.

The standard iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max will retain the wide notch seen on the iPhone 13 series.

For the iPhone 14 Pro models, Apple is said to be sticking with the flat frame design. Both phones will have glass backs and stainless steel frames. According to some reports, the aluminium frame will be replaced with titanium to provide an even more durable chassis.

The iPhone 14 Pro models will have a triple-camera setup and a LiDAR sensor on the back. According to the leaked information, the camera module will grow bigger this year.

Always-on Display (AoD)

iPhone 14 Pro

For the first time, an iPhone may include an Always-on Display (AoD). The feature will most likely remain exclusive to Pro models, which will support iOS 16's lock screen widgets for notifications, weather, and other information.

The iPhone 14 Pro will have a 6.1-inch screen, while the iPhone 14 Pro Max will have a 6.7-inch display. A 120Hz ProMotion display will also be supported by the OLED displays.

iPhone 14 Pro: Camera system

While the iPhone 14 Pro models will retain a triple-camera setup with a LiDAR sensor on the back, Apple is expected to upgrade the main camera. It will now have a 48MP primary camera sensor. If the rumour mill is correct, the high-resolution sensor will also be larger in size, by 57%.

The front-facing camera will also be improved. It will include autofocus and a 6P lens. For the front camera, Apple is likely to stick with a 12MP sensor.

iPhone 14 Pro: Battery

The Apple iPhone 14 Pro may include a larger 3200 mAh battery. In comparison, the iPhone 13 Pro has a battery capacity of 3095 mAh. The battery in the iPhone 14 Pro Max, on the other hand, is said to be slightly smaller. According to a report, the iPhone 14 Pro Max will have a 4323 mAh battery, which is slightly smaller than the 4352 mAh cell found in the iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Both models will feature 20W fast charging and, in case you're wondering, no charger will be included.

iPhone 14 Pro: Processor

Apple new 4nm A16 Bionic chipset will power the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. The new chipset specifications are currently unknown. The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max will be equipped with an A15 Bionic chip, which may be rebranded for marketing purposes.

According to reports, all four iPhone models will have 6GB of RAM.
