It appears that the world will have to wait at least a couple of years before Taylor Swift releases a new album. That's because the singer is focusing on re-recording all of her albums prior to 2019 Lover, following a contentious and unsuccessful attempt to obtain the masters for her first six albums.
So far, she has released new versions of 2008 Fearless and 2012 Red, both of which debuted at the top of the Billboard albums chart. Taylor is getting ready to release a re-recorded version of her 2014 album 1989. She adds to the campaign by sharing a new version of "This Love."
