EG jumped out to an early lead, winning a three-for-zero teamfight three minutes into the game and never looking back. At the 15-minute mark, EG was up nearly 10,000 gold while maintaining a 13-to-3 kills lead. EG would win the game by outscoring ORDER 24 to 5 in kills and had a 20,000 gold lead at the time of their victory. Inspired, an EG jungler, finished the game with a perfect score of 10/0/5.

In the MSI group stage, EG is undefeated against ORDER, having won all three of their matches against the Oceanic representatives. EG, on the other hand, has lost all three games against LEC champions G2 Esports. Defeating ORDER was enough to advance to the next round of the tournament, despite the fact that EG, G2, and ORDER are in a small group of only three teams. Every other group at MSI has four teams, but due to the absence of an LCL representative, Group C has a shortened lineup of teams.

Four more Group C games are scheduled for today, though the group's representation in the rumble stage is set in stone. Following today action in Group C, Royal Never Give Up will play their first round robin make-up games.
