Blocking SMS on your Xiaomi Redmi 3S prime
You can block all SMS from a specific contact if you no longer want to receive text messages from them.
Step 1. Navigate to the menu on your phone and then to "Messages." Click the contact whose SMS you no longer want to receive in the list of conversations. Hold down for a few seconds until a selection appears on the screen.
Step 2. Select "Add to spam numbers." If you want to save a list of spam phone numbers on your Xiaomi Redmi 3S, do the following:
Step 3. Click on the three points below and then on "Settings" in the "Messages" menu.
Step 4. Navigate to the "Spam Settings" section. If you haven't already, click it to enable this option.
Step 5. Then select "Add to spam numbers." You have the option of dialling a phone number again or selecting a contact.
How to block messages in mi
1. Go to the setting
2. Scroll down and tap system app
3. Now tap on call setting
4. Tap on blocklist
5. Here you can see SMS blocklist
6. Tap on SMS blocklist
7. Here you will see "message from strangers"
8. After tapping on "message from strangers", you will see the option to block, click on it
9. Your incoming messages will be blocked as soon as you click on block.
Note: All these settings will work in all Redmi model.
