OnePlus and Oppo had announced in September last year that they would be launching a new integrated OS that would replace the existing OxygenOS custom skin on OnePlus phones. The OS was expected to launch in 2022 and will be part of the OnePlus 10 series flagships. This comes after OnePlus announced that it would merge the OxygenOS codebase within ColorOS for a better user experience. While this didn't really go down well with many OnePlus fans, the new integrated OS was still expected. Now, 91mobiles has learned exclusively from renowned leakster Yogesh Brar that the integrated OS has been delayed and the OnePlus 10 Pro global edition will run on Oxygen OS 12 custom skin out of the box.
Notably, the China model comes with ColorOS skin on top. According to an exclusive report by 91mobiles, the OnePlus 10 Pro global model is expected to be launched by the end of March.
