The Motorola Edge series has been teased for launch in India later this month. The smartphone that will be unveiled is expected to be the Motorola Edge 30 Pro. The Motorola Edge 30 Pro flagship smartphone was also expected to be launched late last month in both domestic and global markets. The smartphone is said to be a rebranded version of the MotoEdge X30, which was launched in China last year, but it will have a slightly different design. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC will most likely power the Motorola Edge 30 Pro.
According to a teaser posted on Twitter by Motorola, a new Motorola Edge-series smartphone will be launched in India on February 24. The tweet does not specify which smartphone will be launched in the country, but if a report from late last month is to be believed, it could be the Motorola Edge 30 Pro.

Motorola Edge 30 Pro specifications (expected)
As previously stated, the Motorola Edge 30 Pro is said to be a rebranded Moto Edge X30 that was launched in China in December. The upcoming Motorola Edge 30 Pro is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC with up to 12GB of RAM. It will reportedly run Android 12 out of the box, with a MyUX skin on top. The phone is said to have a 6.7-inch full-HD+ POLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz and HDR10+ support.

According to reports, the Motorola Edge 30 Pro will feature a triple rear camera setup led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor. Along with a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor, it is said to have. It is expected to have a 60-megapixel selfie sensor on the front. The upcoming Motorola smartphone is said to have a 5,000mAh battery with 68W fast charging support.

In terms of design, Motorola Edge 30 Pro and Moto Edge X30 have slightly different aesthetics. The Motorola logo will reportedly be placed directly beneath the vertically mounted rear camera module on the former, whereas it will be placed in the middle on the latter. In contrast to the side-mounted fingerprint sensor on the Moto Edge X30, the Motorola Edge 30 Pro is said to have an under-display fingerprint sensor.
