How to download emails on computer (PC)
Using the web version of Gmail, it is very simple to download emails. Simply open any email and click on the three dotted icon visible near the Starred and Reply buttons at the top. You'll notice a "Download message" option right away in the drop menu. Simply click on it, and your email will be downloaded in a matter of seconds. The file will then appear in the app Downloads section.
The feature also downloads any attached files in the email, which is very convenient because you don't have to go through the process of downloading them. However, users are advised to double-check that everything has been downloaded correctly. Also Read: How to use one whatsapp in two phones

Anyone can log into Gmail on Chrome and use the browser's print functionality to generate PDFs of the email. All you have to do is open Gmail on Chrome, sign in, open the email you want to download, tap Chrome three-dotted icon, and tap the Share button. Then the browser will display some options and all you have to do is click on "Print". After this a PDF document will be created. You can then tap on the PDF button. Additionally, if there are 2-3 pages, you can deselect the pages that are not needed. Once your file is created, you can decide where it is before saving it. You can then access this PDF by going to the Downloads app and share it from there.
A user can also take a customised screenshot of a page in Chrome. Instead of selecting the "Print" option, one can select the "Long Screenshot" option to capture an important email. If you want a PDF of that, simply take that screenshot and convert it to a PDF using any online converter. Simply type JPG to PDF converter into Google and go to any site to do so.
