The global variant of the upcoming Xiaomi 12 Pro smartphone has been spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking website and HTML5Test database. The smartphone maker had launched 12 series smartphones in its country in December 2021. Now, the company is preparing to launch the Xiaomi 12 series globally. According to some previous leaks, the Xiaomi 12 Series is likely to launch globally in February or March.
The Xiaomi 12X was recently listed on the EU compliance certification website. Similarly, the Xiaomi 12 global variant was discovered on the Geekbench website earlier this month. The Xiaomi 12 Pro has now appeared on Geekbench, confirming the 12 series impending arrival. In addition, the Xiaomi 12 Pro has been spotted on HTML 5 benchmarking websites. This is a clear indication that the handset launch soon globally.
Xiaomi 12 Pro Global Variant Spotted on Geekbench and HTML5 Test Database
The Xiaomi 12 Pro smartphone, model number 2201122G, has passed through the Geekbench website. The Geekbench listing, as expected, sheds light on the phone key specifications. To begin, it claims that the handset will come pre-installed with the latest Android 12 operating system. It also implies that the operating system will be topped with a layer of MIUI 13. Furthermore, the listing confirms that the device will be powered by a powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. The clock speed of this processor will be up to 3GHz.
Furthermore, the Xiaomi 12 Pro smartphone will come with 12GB of RAM. Xiaomi may, however, offer an 8GB RAM variant at launch. In Geekbench single-core and multi-core tests, the phone scored 1145 and 3578. Aside from that, the Xiaomi 12 Pro with the aforementioned model number has appeared on HTML 5. The listing confirms that the phone will run the Android 12 operating system. It also received 474 points out of a possible 555 on HTML 5.

Xiaomi 12 Pro Global Specifications
As previously stated, the Xiaomi 12 Pro is currently available in China and features a 6.73-inch E5 AMOLED display. This massive screen has a 2K+ resolution, HDR10+, and a brightness of 1500nits. Aside from that, the display is Dolby Vision-certified. Furthermore, the phone LTPO 2.0 panel allows for frequency switching between 1Hz and 120Hz. The display has a slight curve on one side. It also has a hole-punched cutout in the top centre for the front camera. Furthermore, the device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC processor.
Furthermore, the 12 Pro comes with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Talking about the camera, the back side of the phone includes a 50MP Sony IMX 707 main camera with OIS. Apart from this, there is a 50MP telephoto camera that comes with 115-degree field of view and 50MP ultra-wide angle sensor. The phone has a 32MP camera on the front for selfie and video calling. Furthermore, the device packs a 4,600mAh battery that supports 10W reverse wireless charging, 50W wireless charging, and 120W wired fast charging.
