According to the company, the headrest is capable of providing good cushioning regardless of the length of use. It has a smooth and soft surface, as well as a black velvet cover.

The Razer Symphony headrest also includes a mobile power storage bag on the back of the headrest. It also has an external power supply design. While in use, the mobile power source can be stored in the back compartment, preventing any type of cable interference.
