OnePlus is expected to release the successor to its OnePlus Nord CE soon. The phone, dubbed the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G, has been teased numerous times in recent months. According to a new report, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G will be available on February 11, 2019.
The new rumour comes from renowned leaker Max Jambor, who has a track record of such leaks involving OnePlus smartphones. The leaker recently took to Twitter to reveal the upcoming OnePlus smartphone launch date. Except he didn't reveal the anticipated release date right away. Instead, Jambor used some pretty cool art to depict the next month launch date.
Jambor tweet adds to previous rumours about the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G, which suggested that the phone would be released in February. After the device was discovered in the source code of the OnePlus India website, 91mobiles reported that it had completed testing and was set to debut next month.

Max Jambor tweet confirms previous speculation. Jambor art render even shows the Nord CE 2 5G camera module and LED flash, which we've seen in previous renders of the phone around the internet.
Jambor prediction is very likely to be correct. If this is the case, we can expect OnePlus to begin releasing teaser posters for the upcoming launch very soon. In terms of what to expect from the phone itself, here is a rundown of all the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G specifications that have been revealed thus far.

OnePlus Nord CE 2 expected specifications
Although nothing is official yet, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 is expected to have a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a punch hole cutout for the selfie camera. The display will be surrounded by very thin bezels, and the phone may be protected on top by Corning Gorilla Glass.
Under the hood, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 is expected to have a MediaTek Dimensity 900 5G processor paired with 8GB of RAM. There will be two storage options, one with 128GB of storage and the other with 256GB of storage. According to 91mobiles, OnePlus may also release a device with 12GB of RAM.

The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G could have a triple camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary lens, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens as its optics. There could be a 16-megapixel selfie camera on the front.
The Nord CE 2 5G may initially run Android 11, which will be upgradeable to OxygenOS 12 based on Android 12. The device may be powered by a 4,500mAh battery and will support 65W fast charging. 5G, 4G LTE, dual SIM, microSD, USB Type-C, and other connectivity features are expected.
