Motorola was the first smartphone company in the world to release a device equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. The X30 was released in China, and it is expected to be released in other markets as the Edge 30 Pro. While we wait for the device to arrive in India, a new report has revealed details about Motorola next flagship smartphone. A new Moto flagship smartphone codenamed 'Frontier 22' is currently in development.
The main selling point of this flagship smartphone will be a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 "Plus." The new Snapdragon flagship chipset, as the name suggests, will be an improvement over the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. Moto upcoming flagship smartphone design renders
Motorola launched the Moto X30 in China a few weeks ago, and a new report has now leaked key details about the company's next flagship. The design renders of the upcoming Motorola flagship have been uploaded to WinFuture. On the back, it will have a rectangular camera module with a triple-camera setup. The device is said to have a 200MP main camera sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS). A 50MP ultrawide camera and a 12MP telephoto camera with 2x zoom will also be included. The phone will have a front-facing camera with a resolution of 60MP for selfies.

The phone has a 6.67-inch display with a Full HD+ resolution on the front. It will support a 144Hz refresh rate and will be HDR10+ certified. It will come pre-installed with Android 12. The phone will be available in three storage configurations: 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB.
The phone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus SoC. Qualcomm has yet to reveal the rumoured chipset. The flagship platform, on the other hand, could get a mid-year refresh with minor performance improvements.
The device will be powered by a 4500 mAh battery. It will have 125W wired fast charging as well as 30W or 50W wireless charging. The device is expected to go on sale in July 2022. There has been no official word from Motorola regarding the rumoured flagship launch as of yet.
