Journalist and well-known tipper Max Jambor, Google much-anticipated smartphone, the Pixel 6a, could be released in May. If Google does indeed launch an A series smartphone in May, it will coincide with the Google I/O announcement, which took place the same month as the Pixel 3a series. Last year, the Google Pixel 5a was released in the United States in August, a month later than expected. However, the Google Pixel 4a was released in India in August 2020, while the Google Pixel 5a was released much later, in January 2022. It will be interesting to see how quickly Google introduces the new device to India.
As per the reports, Google will unveil the Pixel Watch on May 26, which appears to be the date for the next Google I/O conference. Because Google is expected to unveil both the Pixel 6a and the Pixel Watch in the same month. Expect Specs Google Pixel 6a
A large camera block running horizontally across the back of the phone, housing a dual-lens camera, is depicted in the design. There also a three-tone colour scheme, a front-facing punch-hole camera, and a 6.2-inch OLED display. It is expected to be powered by the same Google Tensor GS101 chipset as the Pixel 6, with up to 8GB of RAM. The Google Pixel 6a has a glass back and measures 152.2 x 71.8 x 8.7mm, according to the source.
The Google Pixel 6a will have a 50-megapixel primary rear camera and will feature a 12-megapixel ultra-wide snapper and the same 8-megapixel front-facing camera, at least as the Pixel 6. The smartphone will boot Android 12 out of the Box. The Pixel 6a is also expected to be Google first budget device without a headphone jack.
