Dizo, a Realme TechLife brand, will return with new products in 2022. Dizo has released a new smartwatch, the Dizo Watch R, as well as a pair of truly wireless earbuds, the Dizo Buds Z Pro. Both of the new products are essentially follow-ups to the Dizo Watch 2 and Buds Z, which were released last year. The AMOLED display on the new Dizo Watch R is the company's claim to be the largest in the price segment, while the Dizo Buds Z Pro has active noise-canceling.
Dizo, which is part of Realme TechLife ecosystem, recently celebrated the out-of-stock smartwatch's first sale on Flipkart. Counterpoint Research has also named the brand an emerging and fastest growing brand in India. The best part is that Dizo products work best with realme phones and the realme link app. Despite the fact that Dizo has its own Dizo app for smartwatches.
Dizo Watch R, Buds Z Pro price in India
The Dizo Watch R is originally priced at Rs 3,999 but will be available at a special launch price of Rs 3,499. It comes in Classic Black, Golden Pink and Silver Gray colors and will be available on Flipkart starting January 11.
The base price of Dizo Buds Z Pro is Rs 2,999, but the special launch price is Rs 2,299. The earbuds come in Orange Black and Ocean Blue colors and will be available on Flipkart starting January 13.
Dizo Watch R Specifications
The Dizo Watch R sports a 1.3-inch round (360x360 pixels) display with an AMOLED panel on the sides. Its peak brightness is 550 nits. Dizo claims that the display has an anti-fingerprint coating that will keep it clean and bright all the time. The dial is 9.9mm thick, which the company says is the thinnest profile in the segment. The smartwatch comes with a waterproof body that can survive up to 5ATM pressure.
The smartwatch features a heart rate monitor, a SpO2 sensor for blood oxygen measurement, a sleep tracker, a calorie counter, and reminders for water intake and prolonged sitting. There are over 110 sports modes on the watch, including mountaineering, swimming, football, yoga, among others. The smartwatch also supports menstrual cycle logging. It houses a 280mAh battery that claims to last up to 12 days with a standby time of 60 days on a single charge. You can customize smartwatch using Dizo app version 2.0.
Dizo Buds Z Pro Specifications
The Dizo Buds Z Pro earbuds bring an improvement over the original Buds Z earbuds. The biggest change is the addition of active noise cancellation to the earbuds. Dizo claims that the ANC can reduce disturbance by up to 25dB, which is good for the price. Since there is ANC on the earbuds, you also get features like Transparency Mode which lets you talk to people clearly without removing the earbud. For calls, environmental noise cancellation is available.
The in-ear design, along with silicone ear tips, facilitates noise isolation. Dizo says the earbuds will feel comfortable inside your ears. Inside is a 10mm dynamic driver for bass-heavy listening. But there are different sound modes that you can access from the Realme Link app. Keep in mind, the Dizo app doesn't support these earbuds for some strange reason. The battery inside each earbud has a 43mAh capacity, while the charging case houses a 380mAh battery. And they collectively deliver 25 hours of playback time. With fast charging, you can get 2 hours of playtime in 10 minutes. The earbuds are also IPX4 rated, which means you can wear them during workouts.
