The Xiaomi Buds 3 true wireless earphones were launched in the Chinese market a few days back along with the Xiaomi 12 series flagship smartphone and a few other products. The Xiaomi Buds 3 is now available for purchase in China for 499 Yuan ($78). The company is selling the TWS earphones at a discounted price of 449 Yuan, which is roughly $70.
The Buds 3 is the most recent addition to the series, with the Pro variant arriving earlier this year. This new vanilla variant is designed similarly to the Pro model and includes the majority of the high-end capabilities.
It has Active Noise Cancellation of up to 40 decibels and compatibility for HiFi audio. The earbuds also have a pressure-sensitive touch control and can connect to two devices at once.
Android, iOS, and Windows smartphones are all compatible with the earphones. A Quick Pairing mode is also available for select Xiaomi and Redmi devices. A companion app is also available from the company that may be used to fine-tune settings.
In terms of battery life, Xiaomi claims up to seven hours of use on a single charge when Active Noise Cancellation is turned off. The charging case extends the total operating time to 32 hours and can be charged via the USB-C port or the Qi wireless charger.
