BBK subsidiary Vivo is all set to update its Y-series smartphone. With the upcoming launch of Vivo Y21T, On January 3, the device is anticipated to become official in India. The smartphone has been seen in various leaks, showcasing renders and certain predicted characteristics, ahead of its unveiling.
The most recent leak comes in the form of a promotional poster for the Vivo Y21T, which includes a comprehensive list of specifications. The Y21T is likely to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor with 4GB of RAM, among other things. The device is also said to include 1GB of additional RAM. The smartphone comes with 128GB of internal storage that can be upgraded via a microSD card slot.
The Y21T has a 6.58-inch LCD screen with a Full HD+ resolution of 2408 x 1080 pixels and a screen-to-body ratio of 90.6 percent. A waterdrop notch houses an 8MP selfie camera on the gadget. A triple camera configuration in the back consists of a 50MP f/1.8 primary camera, a 2MP f/2.4 bokeh camera, and a 2MP f/2.4 macro sensor.
The handset will run on FunTouch OS 12, a proprietary Android 11-based operating system. A 5,000mAh battery with 18W quick charging support keeps the lights on. The Y21T also has a fingerprint sensor on the side.
One thing to keep in mind about the Vivo Y21T renders is that it looks a lot like the Y33s. The main difference is the selfie camera, which is a 16MP shooter on the Y33s. Another distinction between the two models is the processor, as well as the nickname.
