Xiaomi may be working on bringing a 4G edition of the Redmi Note 11 to India now that the device has been launched as the Redmi Note 11T 5G. The Redmi Note 11 4G has already made its debut in China, and according to a recent report, an Indian launch is not far off.
For those who are unfamiliar, the Redmi Note 11 4G was released in China last month and included a MediaTek Helio G88 chipset, a 5000mAh battery, and other notable features. The phone is a more cheaper alternative to the Redmi Note 11, which was released in China in October.

Since then, the Redmi Note 11 has arrived in India as the Redmi Note 11T 5G, with a starting price of Rs 16,999 for the base model. According to a fresh claim from 91mobiles, Xiaomi will soon launch the Redmi Note 11 4G in India. According to the rumour, the Redmi Note 11 4G would be the second Note 11-series phone to be released in India following the Redmi Note 11T 5G.

This follows Xiaomi previous practise of launching both 4G and 5G editions of the phone in China. The Mi 11 Lite 4G made its debut in India earlier this year, followed by a 5G variant a few months later. As a result, the Redmi Note 11 is likely to follow suit.
Aside from the launch confirmation, the article also includes some information on the phone's choices. According to this, there will be three models of the Redmi Note 11 4G. Two of them will include 4GB of RAM, as well as 64GB and 128GB of storage. A third model will include 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
The Redmi Note 11 4G will be available in Graphite Gray, Twilight Blue, and Star Blue, according to the rumour. We already know all of the phone other specifications thanks to the phone introduction in China. The MediaTek Helio G88 chipset and a 6.5-inch FHD+ LCD display are included on the Redmi Note 11 4G. On top of the 128GB of built-in storage, it supports additional storage through microSD card.

The phone has a triple camera configuration with a 50-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultrawide sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro lens on the back. The front of the phone has an 8-megapixel selfie camera with a punch-hole cutout in the middle.
A 5,000mAh battery powers the device, which supports 18W fast charging and 9W reverse charging. It comes pre-installed with MIUI 12.5 custom OS, which is based on Android 11. A fingerprint sensor on the side, dual speakers, and an IR blaster are among the other features. The Redmi Note 11 4G has 4G support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack for connectivity.
