Honor recently debuted the Honor X30 Max and X30i smartphones in its home market of China, and the firm is now preparing to unveil the Honor X30, a basic model of the portfolio. A new model Honor X30 product launch conference will be held on December 16 in China to officially unveil the smartphone, according to the company.
Sharing more details, Honor CMO in China Jiang Hairong has revealed that December 16 is the same date that the Honor 3X was launched in 2013. Now, in eight years, the Honor X-series has crossed 90 million users Device.

It has also been learned that the Honor 3X still has over 40,000 users and now on the 8th anniversary of the device, the company is all set to launch the Honor X30 smartphone in the Chinese market.
While the company hasn't revealed anything about this upcoming phone, reports indicate that the device could be the first to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset, which is an updated version of the existing Snapdragon 690 chip.

The chip, made using the 6nm process, comes with Kryo 660 CPU and Adreno 619 GPU. It is said to offer 15 percent better CPU performance and 30 percent better GPU performance. For connectivity, it supports both sub-6GHz and mmWave 5G networks.
The Honor X30 is also expected to feature a triple-camera setup at the back, consisting of a 48-megapixel primary sensor and two 2-megapixel sensors. The front-facing camera is said to be housed inside a punch-hole cutout above the display.
We expect the firm to share details about the upcoming Honor X30 smartphone, including its key specs and features, in the coming days via teaser posters on social media.
