App for identifying phone calls True Caller has partnered with IRCTC to increase passenger confidence in communication. When dialling the 139 helpline number, users will now see a green-coloured verified business badge logo. Furthermore, the SMS headers will ensure that users understand that they are only receiving their booking and other travel information from IRCTC.
The verified tick mark icon in the name of the Indian Railways account on True Caller, according to the company, will confirm that this account is genuine. This, according to the company, will also reduce the likelihood of online fraud.

IRCTC Chairman and Managing Director Rajni Hasija stated that the company is happy to collaborate with True Caller. He went on to say that through technical collaboration with Truecaller, we have taken a step forward in making IRCTC communication channels with customers more robust, reliable, and secure.
