GoPro unveiled its next flagship camera, the GoPro Hero 10 Black, on Thursday, with notable features like 5.3K video capture at 60 frames per second, a second-generation proprietary processor, and higher resolution still images.
The tenth edition of the action company's action cam is official, a year after the launch of the GoPro Hero 9 Black. With various new advancements, the GoPro Hero 10 Black is the most powerful ever.
"Regardless of price, the HER010 Black is one of the most stunning cameras in the world," GoPro founder and CEO Nicholas Woodman stated. "Our product and technical teams deserve kudos for producing such a respectable 10th version of our beloved HERO camera."

GoPro Hero 10 Black Specs
The new custom GP2 CPU, which is paired with the new 23.6-megapixel sensor, is responsible for much of the new camera's functionality. This new sensor is capable of capturing 5.3K video at 60 frames per second, 4K video at 120 frames per second, and 2.7K video at 240 frames per second.

GoPro Hero 10 Black boasts a considerably more snappy UI, greater low-light performance, and next-generation stabilisation with Hyper Smooth 4.0 thanks to the updated processor. Hyper Smooth 4.0 can now level the horizon up to 45 degrees off-center in your pictures, up from 27 degrees on the Hero 9.

The GoPro Hero 10 Black can take 23MP photographs in photo mode and 19.6MP stills from 5K 4:3 video in still mode.
The GoPro Hero 10 Black can automatically upload your content to the cloud when connected to power, eliminating the need to manually transfer footage. This feature, however, requires a GoPro subscription.
