Oppo Watch 3: India launch date

Qualcomm has just announced its new Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 and Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 chipsets for high-end wearables. While Oppo has not confirmed the launch date, Qualcomm has stated that Oppo and Mobvoi will be the first two brands to offer smartwatches powered by the new chip.

"The latest Snapdragon W5 wearable platform announcement will take smart wearable technology to a new level," said Franco Li, OPPO Associate Vice President and President of IoT Business. "For a long time, OPPO and Qualcomm Technologies have worked closely together to create new product innovation possibilities." In August, the Oppo Watch 3 series will be announced. It will delight our users with improved performance as the first smartwatch powered by the Snapdragon W5 wearable platform."

Ahead of the event, the company has also confirmed the name of the Oppo watch. The wearable will be called Oppo Watch 3 and will be available in August of this year. It will be the successor to the Oppo Watch 2 wearable, which was announced in China in July 2021, and the company is now preparing to announce the upgraded version.

There is currently no information on the features of the upcoming Oppo Watch. It is expected to have a square dial, similar to previous Oppo smartwatch models. It will most likely provide the basic features found in most wearables. It will most likely include heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen level tracking, and step tracking. It will most likely be able to monitor your sleeping habits.

It is uncertain whether the Oppo Watch 3 will be launched in India, as the brand has yet to launch the Oppo Watch 2. We have contacted the company for more information. We will update this article as soon as we receive an update.

The Oppo Watch 2 features a 1.91-inch square display with rounded corners. The design is similar to Apple Watches. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 platform with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage. It has a 510mAh battery under the hood and Bluetooth 5.0 support.
