Open the Samsung Members app (if you don't have that much download)
Click on One UI notice in Samsung Members app
Then tap Register One UI Beta Program to submit the application with your Samsung account.
You can do this through the Settings menu: Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually.

Tap on the banner and register the beta program
Important:
